Meet A.J. Boyden! She is a licensed cosmetologist and licensed MUA in Salt Lake City. In fact she graduated from Paul Mitchell The School Salt Lake City last month!

We asked AJ a few questions so you can get to know her a little better.

What is a career goal that you have for 2022?
My career goal for 2022 is to become a full time booth rent stylist, and to start doing more styled photo shoots for brands and magazines!

What is a career goal that you have for 2022?
My career goal for 2022 is to become a full time booth rent stylist, and to start doing more styled photo shoots for brands and magazines!

What are some of your favorite Ultimate Face Products and why?
Favorite product is the matte color pallete bc I can mix any color imaginable!
My other fav products would have to be the defining wax (in either shade) it gives great full brows with very little effort and staying natural. Next fav would be the pro lip pallete! Lips can make the entire look and I love being able to custom mix a shade! Next fav is the blush! I have always been a sucker for blush! It finishes the skin and bring back life and color into the skin

Tell us a fun fact about yourself!
A fun fact about me is I didn’t start in cosmetology for my first creative outlet! I was a student at the University of Utah studying art history with an emphasis on ceramics!! I found my love for hair and makeup shortly after taking a leave from school and haven’t put down my makeup brushes, color brushes and hot tools since!!

AJ will be creating a series of looks that we will be showcasing later this month. We can’t WAIT to see what she creates!
